I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hospitality was impeccable - the staff assisted with transportation to nearby attractions, and even arranged for a driver for us. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. Additionally, the breakfast served was tasty and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. the location was perfect for exploring the city.
Can honestly say that there wasn't anything not to like.

The warm welcome and hospitality, clean facilities and bathrooms, helpful staff, complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, well-maintained rooms.
For us it was ideal.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. the bathroom is well maintained, with adequate toiletries provided. the breakfast is decent, with a good variety of options.
The staff's service is disappointing, with long waiting times for basic requests.

What a lovely weekend getaway! I enjoyed the cozy rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. It was great to have access to free Wi-Fi and other facilities too. The customer service was exceptional, and I appreciated how the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. the location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. I was disappointed that the parking was on the road and not in a secure location.

The location was breathtaking and the room facilities were great. The staff was courteous and accommodating. We received complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Our room was well maintained and the bathroom was clean.
The mosquito situation was out of control and there was no mosquito net provided. We also didn't have a hairdryer in the room. The breakfast was not served on time and lacked variety. However, the packed lunch provided by the hotel for our trip to Pedro Tea Estate was delicious. our romantic getaway was beautiful and we enjoyed our time despite a few setbacks.
